Overview

This session introduced students to fundamental psychological concepts and coping strategies to enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Participants learned practical tools to manage stress and improve decision-making.

Many students struggle with academic pressure, self-doubt, and anxiety about the future.

The workshop aimed to equip them with psychological tools to navigate these challenges effectively:

  • Journaling techniques to identify and reframe negative thoughts
  • Emotional regulation strategies like deep breathing and grounding exercises
  • Decision-making frameworks to guide students through academic and personal choices
  • Stress management techniques such as mindfulness and relaxation exercises to build resilience
