Overview
This session introduced students to fundamental psychological concepts and coping strategies to enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Participants learned practical tools to manage stress and improve decision-making.

- Emotional regulation strategies like deep breathing and grounding exercises
- Decision-making frameworks to guide students through academic and personal choices
- Stress management techniques such as mindfulness and relaxation exercises to build resilience
